The cottage is located in a picturesque corner of the village of Burlaki, on Holendrów Street, leading directly to the beach on the Narew River. The cottage measures 48 m², in addition to the living room with kitchenette, on the ground floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed, and on the mezzanine a second double bed. The large Dutch cottage is equipped with a goat fireplace, as well as a private jacuzzi and sauna - available only to guests. The area on which the facility is located is fenced and remains exclusively for tenants.
Stop, catch your breath and restAre you tired and need to reset your head? Just imagine… Mornings surrounded by the scent of nature, interwoven with birdsong, delicious coffee drunk on the terrace, and in the evening relaxation in the jacuzzi, sauna or by the fireplace.
The prices below are for renting a cottage exclusively for two people (minimum stay is two days, one-day stays are available on request and require an additional fee of PLN 100). Prices are approximate and may change depending on occupancy and date. The price includes one two-hour jacuzzi session and two bicycles for guests' use (May-September).
Low season:Unlike many other properties, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee , provided the cottage is left in a decent condition. However, if the cottage is returned in a condition requiring above-standard cleaning, we reserve the right to add a fee of PLN 150 .
⚠️ Important informationDue to the proximity , no parties or celebrations can be held in the cottage. The reception of additional guests requires prior consent from the host. Only the people listed in the reservation are allowed to stay on the premises.
