Domek Mała Holenderka

Mała Holenderka is a cosy cottage located in the picturesque village of Burlaki, on Holendrów Street, leading straight to the village of Holendry on the Narew River. This is a place where silence, the smell of the forest and the singing of birds accompany you from dawn to dusk. The cottage with an area of 35 m² is ideal for two people. On the mezzanine there is a large, double bed, and on the ground floor there is a functionally equipped kitchen and a comfortable, fold-out sofa with sleeping function.

Outside, a large terrace awaits you, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the closeness of nature. The cottage is equipped with a private sauna and jacuzzi, available only to guests. The entire area is fenced and remains exclusive, making it an ideal place to stay with your pet.

Imagine mornings surrounded by the scent of the forest, afternoons with a book on the terrace and evenings in the warm sauna or jacuzzi. In Mała Holenderka everything is conducive to true relaxation – regardless of whether you are looking for solitary peace or romantic time for two.

Price-list

The prices below are for renting a cottage exclusively for two people (minimum stay is two days, one-day stays are available on request and require an additional fee of PLN 100). Prices are approximate and may change depending on occupancy and date. The price includes one two-hour jacuzzi session and two bicycles for guests' use (May-September).

• PLN 750/day – stays on weekends (Friday–Sunday) and holidays

• PLN 650/day – weekday stays (Sunday–Friday)
• PLN 790/day – stays on weekends (Friday–Sunday) and holidays

Jacuzzi

• One free session – 2 hours of relaxation included in the price of your stay
• Jacuzzi for one day – PLN 90 (from the moment of switching on until midnight the same day)
• Jacuzzi for the entire stay – PLN 75/day (ideal for lovers of everyday relaxation)

Sauna

• Sauna for one day – PLN 90 (unlimited sessions from the moment of switching on until midnight)
• Sauna for the entire stay – PLN 75/day (for those who value regular sauna use)

Additional options

• Stay with a pet – PLN 40/day/pet
• Firewood - PLN 25/day
• Each additional person above two – PLN 75/person/day
• Children up to 2 years old (sleeping with parents) – free stay
• Older children are counted as adults (with a separate bed and towels)

Cleaning

Unlike many other properties, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee , provided the cottage is left in a decent condition. However, if the cottage is returned in a condition requiring above-standard cleaning, we reserve the right to add a fee of PLN 150 .

Due to the proximity , no parties or celebrations can be held in the cottage. The reception of additional guests requires prior consent from the host. Only the people listed in the reservation are allowed to stay on the premises.
