The facility is located in a picturesque corner of the village of Burlaki on Holendrów Street, leading directly to the village of Holendry on the Narew River. The house measures 35 m² and can accommodate 2 people. On the mezzanine there is a large, double bed. Downstairs there is a functionally equipped kitchen and a comfortable, fold-out sofa with sleeping function. Outside there is a large terrace, relax in nature in an intimate setting. The Little Holenderka house has a sauna and a jacuzzi, for guests' use. The area on which the facility is located is fenced and remains exclusively for the tenants.

Are you tired and need to reset your head? Just imagine... Mornings surrounded by the scent of nature, interwoven with birdsong, delicious coffee drunk on the terrace, and in the evening relaxation in the sauna or by the fireplace. Rest in the midst of nature in the buffer zone of the White Forest and Narew.

Price-list

The prices below are for renting a cottage exclusively for two people for a minimum of two days. These are approximate prices, they may change depending on occupancy and date. Prices include firewood (in October-April), and two bicycles (in May-September).

Low season:

• 590 PLN/day - during the week (from Sunday to Friday)
• 740 PLN/day - on weekends (from Friday to Sunday) and holidays

High season (21.06-31.08):

• 640 PLN/day - during the week (from Sunday to Friday)
• 790 PLN/day - on weekends (from Friday to Sunday) and holidays

New Year's Eve (31.12):

• 1200 PLN

Rentals for stays longer than 2 days are rewarded with a discount. One-day stays for an additional fee of PLN 100 (available only when we have a one-day gap in the calendar).

The hotel stay at the Little Dutchwoman is from 15:00 to 11:00.

Extras

• use of jacuzzi (from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) - free of charge
• use of jacuzzi (unlimited) - PLN 120/stay
• use of sauna - PLN 150/stay
• stay of more than two people (for each person above two) - PLN 75/person/day
• Children up to two years of age who sleep with their parents are accommodated for free. Older children are treated as adults for whom we prepare bedding and towels.

Due to the adjacent development, celebrations and events cannot be organized in the house. We do not consent to inviting external guests, only the number of people for whom a reservation was made can stay in the facility and on the property.
