The facility is located in a picturesque corner of the village of Łęcino, surrounded by beautiful old pine trees. The house measures 48 m² and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, on the mezzanine there is a large double bed. There is a large terrace outside, relax in nature in an intimate setting. The Starosiejka cottage is equipped with a fireplace (goat) and a private jacuzzi. The area where the facility is located is fenced and remains exclusively for the tenants.

Are you feeling tired and need a head reset? Just imagine... Mornings surrounded by the scent of nature, intertwined with the singing of birds, delicious coffee drinking on the terrace, and in the evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi or by the fireplace. Relax among nature in the buffer zone of the White Forest and the Narew River.

Price list

The prices below apply to exclusive rental of the house for two people for a minimum of 2 days. These are approximate prices and may change depending on occupancy and date. Prices include firewood (in winter) and two bicycles (in summer).

Low season:

• PLN 640/day - during the week (Sunday to Friday)
• PLN 790/day - on weekends (Friday to Sunday) and holidays

High season (21/06-31/08):

• PLN 690/day - during the week (Sunday to Friday)
• PLN 840/day - on weekends (Friday to Sunday) and holidays

New Year's Eve (31/12):

• PLN 1,300

Rentals for stays longer than 2 days are rewarded with a discount. One-day stays for an additional fee of PLN 100 (only available when there is a one-day gap in the calendar).

Hotel check-in time in Starosiejka is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Accessories

• arrival with a pet - PLN 50/pet/day
• stay of more than two people (for each person over two) - PLN 75/person/day
• Using the jacuzzi is free of charge, but due to very high energy costs, the bathing temperature (37-38°C) is provided from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. For an additional fee of PLN 75, we can extend this time period to 24 hours.
• Children up to two years of age who sleep with their parents are accommodated for free. Older children are treated as adults for whom we prepare bedding and towels.
• refundable cleaning deposit - PLN 300 (for reservations over 3 people) - Time is money ;) Extended cleaning is an additional cost for us, and sometimes also frustration for subsequent guests. For those who don't want to clean up, put the dishes in the dishwasher, or return the furniture to their original position. Of course, the deposit is also to cover possible damage. If the house is returned in good condition, we will refund the entire amount. Payment of the deposit by transfer, refund also by transfer.

Due to the neighboring buildings, celebrations and events cannot be organized in the house. We do not agree to inviting external guests, only the number of people for whom the reservation has been made can stay in the facility and on the property.
